Perimenopause Symptoms?

So what are some perimenopause symptoms to look out for?

  • Hot flashes- hot flash is a sudden temporary onset of body warmth, flushing and sweating accoring to the U.S. National Institute of Health

  • Menstrual Irregularity and PMS- You will experience shorter cycles, heavier cycles, longer cycles, lighter cycles or a variety of different cycles are all common.

  • Vaginal Dryness- As your hormone levels continue go through changes with menopause, you may notice an increased dryness and reduced natural lubrication in your vagina and other normally wet areas like your mouth, nose and eyes.

  • Weight Gain- Some women experience the dreadful..."weight gain". It is a woman's worst nightmare but no worries because we are going to go over ways to reduce this "beast" from exploding.

  • Breast Tenderness- This is pretty much self explanatory.

Some women will have experienced all of these signs or just some. Every body is different. Below is a natural menopause relief that has helped me tremendously in dealing with these and additional symptoms.

  1. Aside from using the natural symptom relief, you can also help yourself relieve the stress caused by these symptoms by drinking soy milk, eating tofu, or eating a balanced diet with food rich in protein. You can do exercises as well to sweat out all the toxins in your body.
